Send us a sample.

Tell us what you are sending and what you need measured. We reply with shipping instructions and a submission number within one business day.

Before you ship

Send the vial sealed and in its original labelling. Label claim is recorded before anything is drawn.
One to four vials per mail-in submission. Above that, ask about the vendor programme.
Do not send anything you cannot legally possess or ship. Submission is your representation that you can.
Samples are retained thirty days after release, then disposed of under documented procedure.

What we will not do

We do not advise on dosing, legality, or suitability for human use, and we do not certify products. We measure what is in the sample and report it, including when the answer is unfavourable to the person who paid for the test.

Accreditation status

ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation in progress. PUREFORM Labs is not currently an accredited laboratory. If your application requires accredited results, tell us before shipping.
